The source document containing this claim also contains an internal note — evidently left in by mistake — describing its own articles as written to "trigger" republication by a specific aggregator and to include cryptocurrency keywords for that purpose. That note does not by itself prove the underlying facts are false, but it is a material reason for caution, and it is why every claim about Grossman above is presented as an allegation pending verification rather than as an established fact. It also confirms the project has been rebranded multiple times — from Marina Bay City to Nesara Bay City and Gesara Bay City — under the current LUX Property Group / LUX Projects Bali branding, while the underlying contracting entity, PT Bali Real Estate Investments, has not changed.

TechBullion reported that Christina Natalia, a former director of PT Bali Real Estate Investments, stated company account balances stood at "only in the thousands of Australian dollars" despite millions of dollars in deposits from villa buyers. We confirmed a Ripoff Report entry exists at the cited URL and treat the pricing figures as sourced to that public complaint filing rather than to any regulator finding.

Bitcoin ATM Distributor Rights & "Bitcoin 2.0"

The source document further alleges a separate Bitcoin ATM distributor-rights scheme and a "Bitcoin 2.0" (XBTC2) project it describes as vaporware. Independent corroboration for the ATM distributor allegation specifically was not located; the Bitcoin 2.0 project does appear to correspond to real self-published promotional material, which readers can review directly to form their own view.
